GFW Issues

Hmm, the FbVPN connection dropped out on me and now I can't connect again. Is this just bugs in the firewall/blocking software or are they actively blocking VPN access? I tried 3 or 4 times unsuccessfully to reconnect but had to resort to using the VPN from work to connect beyond the GFW.
