All the gains in Broadcom stock in the past few weeks got wiped out in a couple hours. It's times like these when I don't like working in corporate finance, i.e., subject to trading blackout periods.
With ~600M shares outstanding, that's more than $3B that got wiped off our market cap.

Arg! It got worse today (10/24/07 11:05am). Now we're trading at ~$33, down almost $10 from the high yesterday.
